SERVICES
ACUPUNCTURE
The practice of acupuncture involves the insertion of hair-thin needles in specific points on the body that relate to the condition being treated. The points used work to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, regulate hormones and nervous system response ultimately restoring balance and overall health in the body.
CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE
Classical Chinese herbal therapy is a highly advanced and customizable system of medicine that takes each patient's individual diagnosis and constitutional type into account to provide a focused therapeutic approach. These personalized formulas treat chronic and acute conditions as well as providing symptomatic relief between treatments.
ADJUNCT THERAPIES
Other modalities like cupping (suction), gua sha (scraping), moxibustion (warming therapy), and tui na (Chinese medical massage) are adjunct therapies that are often included as part of a treatment, when appropriate. They enhance desired outcomes of the treatments and help to facilitate the healing process by increasing blood circulation, relieving pain, among other effects.
